We work with small, fine manufacturers, such as the Gerken soap factory in Aurich, and produce most of them with our own team. No big marketing hype, just genuine craftsmanship from people who know what they're doing.
Instead of skimping on quality, we rely on the best we can find—for example, our own NIHQ healing spring water from our family-owned spring. This is not only a true natural treasure, but also the heart of many of our products. In addition, we use carefully selected ingredients that we use ourselves and can pass on with a clear conscience.
Sure, you might find cheaper products out there – but often they're all about cheap mass production, questionable ingredients, and poor marketing. With us, you get transparency, quality, and genuine craftsmanship. And if you're not satisfied, we'll take everything back, of course – although we're pretty sure that's unlikely to happen.
