1. Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated depending on the destination and shipping method and are displayed before completing the order process. Within Germany, we offer free standard shipping for orders over €50. For orders under €50, a shipping fee applies, which is specified during the order process.

2. Shipping time We usually process orders within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery takes place within 3-5 business days after dispatch. Please note that the delivery time may be slightly longer depending on the delivery address and shipping method.

3. Shipping service providers We ship our products with reliable shipping service providers such as DHL or Hermes. You will receive a tracking number with which you can conveniently track your order online.

4. International delivery We currently offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times for orders outside Germany vary depending on the destination and are calculated during the order process.

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging, along with your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom items (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate purchase.

European Union – 14-day withdrawal period
Notwithstanding this, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
