Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that you are a consumer within the meaning of the EU Consumer Protection Directive and the order was placed within the European Union.
In addition to this statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee:
You can return items within 30 days of receipt – even if they have already been opened or tested.
Statutory cancellation period (EU)
The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (not the shipping service provider) received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You can send this by letter or email to the following address:

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive the return shipment.
We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees for this refund.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
If you make use of our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 10 working days .
