A binding contract is concluded when you click the "Order with payment" button during the ordering process. An automatic order confirmation will be sent via email.

The contract language is German. We do not permanently store the contract text. Please back up your order data yourself.
3. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Cancellation policy:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

Consequences of revocation:
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs due to delivery options other than standard delivery), no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of your cancellation. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction for refunds.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
