Shipping Information & Refunds
1. Shipping costs
Within Germany, we offer free standard shipping for orders over €20 . Orders under €20 will incur a shipping fee, which will be displayed during the checkout process.
2. Shipping time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery occurs within 3–5 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer depending on the delivery address and shipping method.
Note on payment by SEPA transfer via our payment service provider Mollie:
If you select the SEPA transfer via Mollie payment method, payment will be made by bank transfer to the account of our payment service provider Mollie BV.
The order will only be shipped after full payment has been received into the Mollie account.
Please note that SEPA transfers can usually take 1-3 business days to process.
Order processing will only begin after payment has been received.
3. Shipping service provider
We ship our products with reliable shipping providers such as DHL and Hermes. You will receive a tracking number that allows you to conveniently track your order online.
4. International Delivery
We currently offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times for orders outside of Germany vary depending on the destination and are calculated during the order process.
5. Delivery address
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
6. Shipping insurance
All orders are insured during shipping. Should an item be lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can find a suitable solution.
